About the role

AbriCare is a mission-driven personal care services (PCS) organization that helps seniors and adults with disabilities live safely and independently at home. We combine compassionate caregiving with AI-enabled operations, empowering our teams to deliver person-centered care efficiently and at scale. As a Caregiver with AbriCare, you will provide essential personal care and individualized support to clients in their homes, allowing them to maintain independence and a high quality of life. Positions are part‑time and located in St. Joseph, Missouri, and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Preparing nutritious meals and assisting with feeding
• Performing light housekeeping tasks
• Providing medication reminders
• Offering companionship and engaging in meaningful activities
• Assisting with mobility and transfers
• Completing essential shopping and errands (not transporting clients)

Requirements

• Compassionate and reliable nature
• Dedication and a willingness to learn
• Reliable transportation plan
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check
• A working smartphone (for time and attendance usage)

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required
• Caregivers with Advanced Personal Care (APC) and/or Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) are strongly encouraged to apply; APC or CNA certification a plus, but not required

Pay

Pay Range - $16.00‑$17.00+ per hour
