About the role

Join the Senior Helpers of Coastal OC team! We are hiring caring and dedicated caregivers to assist local seniors with daily routines and help them live safely at home with dignity.

Service Area

Mission Viejo, Laguna Niguel, Dana Point, San Clemente, and nearby areas.

Compensation

$19.00 - $23.00 per hour

Requirements

• A kind and gentle heart with a compassionate attitude
• Experienced in caregiving (professionally or personally), or simply eager to learn
• Ability to pass Background Check and Drug Test
• Home Care Aide (HCA) registration preferred (can be completed after hire)
• Recent negative TB test
• Valid driver’s license & reliable personal vehicle

A Day in the Life of a Caregiver

As a Senior Helpers caregiver, you’ll make a direct impact on seniors’ lives by helping them age safely and comfortably at home. Your day may include:

• Helping with daily needs like bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
• Offering friendly conversation and emotional support
• Aiding with light housekeeping, errands, and medication reminders
• Providing companionship and engagement in hobbies or games
• Supporting independence while ensuring safety and dignity
• Transporting seniors to medical appointments and local errands
