Caregiver – Hit The Snooze & Assist In The Evenings [5pm – 9pm]

About the role

Assist a senior client during evening hours, providing companionship, support with daily activities, and light housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Companionship & Conversation
• Mobility, Transfers, Light Exercise
• Meal Preparation
• Medication Reminders
• Support with Personal Hygiene (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Light Housekeeping
• Occasional Transportation (errands, appointments, outings)

Requirements

• Ability to commute within 25 miles of Charlottesville, VA
• At least 6 months of caregiving experience or hold CNA, HHA, PCA, DSP certification (or willingness to train)
• Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle with insurance
• Minimum age 18 and ability to lift at least 25 lbs
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test

Pay

• Caregiver range: $17.00 – $18.00 per hour
• CNA range: $19.00 – $22.00 per hour

Schedule

Evening shifts: 5 pm – 9 pm, Monday through Friday, with weekend availability (Saturday – Sunday).
