About the role

Join All Ways Caring HomeCare as an in-home caregiver and help individuals—seniors and those with short- or long-term disabilities—remain independent, safe, and comfortable in their own homes. Caregivers provide compassionate support that promotes physical and mental well-being through innovative, person-centered solutions.

Responsibilities

• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping
• Companionship
• Personal hygiene care
• Transportation assistance
• Other light duties as assigned

Requirements

• Eighteen years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
• Accountable, reliable, and capable of working independently with good judgement
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check

No prior professional experience is necessary; orientation and training are provided.
