Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on non-medical care to senior community members
• Transport clients for appointments, shopping, engagement activities, etc.
• Maintain a one-on-one care environment

Minimum Qualifications

• You must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• A valid driver's license and insured vehicle with your name on the policy is required to be considered
• Able to provide transportation for clients for appointments, shopping, engagement activities, etc.
• Advanced Proficiency in English – ability to read, write and communicate clearly. Great communication is ESSENTIAL in this role
• 1-3 years of experience as a hands-on Senior Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or Certified Nurse's Assistant. We will also consider private care or care for a loved one as experience (Certifications are a plus but not required)
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 3 days of availability per week
• Willingness to travel up to 15 miles for shifts (approx. 30 min commuting time)
• The ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds
• Daily access to internet, email, and mobile phone with ability to use a phone app (WellSky experience a plus)

Schedule

• Weekday and Weekend shifts
• 4-12 hour shifts - no short shifts
