Caregiver – (HHA, CNA, PCA)

Our mission is to help elderly clients live with dignity, comfort, and independence in the comfort of their own homes. We are currently expanding our caregiving team across multiple communities and are looking for compassionate, dependable people to join us.

Now Hiring Caregivers in Worcester, Auburn, Webster, Millbury, Leicester, Spencer, and Oxford, MA. We are seeking dedicated caregivers and home health aides to provide exceptional in-home care to seniors in the communities listed above. Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Provide medication reminders
• Assist with mobility and transfers
• Run errands and provide transportation to appointments when needed
• Create a safe, supportive, and respectful environment for seniors at home

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and follow a care plan
• Prior caregiving experience is preferred but not required - we provide training
• HHA or CNA certification is a plus, but not required - free HHA training and certification available for qualifying candidates
