Caregivers on our registry are independent contractors who can choose their assignments, work flexible hours based on their availability, and earn competitive market rates. With Griswold Care Pairing of Chester and Lancaster County, seniors can live in the home that they love while receiving the assistance they need. Our office is looking for individuals with a heart of gold and a passion for making a difference. Providing excellent caregivers to our clients is one of our greatest assets.
We are currently looking for caregivers to provide services to clients in and between the following areas (including but not limited to): Chester County: West Chester, Malvern, Berwyn, Devon, King of Prussia, Exton, Downingtown, Coatesville, Honey Brook, Chester Springs, Pottstown, Phoenixville, Oxford, Avondale, Kennett Square, Landenberg, and more! Lancaster County: Gap, New Holland, Lancaster, Morgantown, Quarryville, Willow Street, Millersville, Denver, Conestoga, Peach Bottom, and more!
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care to seniors in their homes
- Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, medication management, and light housekeeping
- Ensure safety and security of the senior
- Communicate regularly with the senior and their family members
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines
Requirements
- 2 or more years of experience with caregiving
- A driver’s license and a reliable vehicle for hourly caregivers; a State ID for live-in caregivers
- Car insurance
- Criminal background check and child abuse clearance
- TB test or chest x-ray, or QuantiFERON Gold Test
