About the Role

As a Caregiver, you will provide 1:1 support in the home and in the community, helping individuals with disabilities achieve their goals and live their best lives. You will build long-lasting relationships in a one-on-one setting a few hours a week, spend time on the client's favorite hobbies and activities, assist with everyday tasks, and ensure client safety and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Build long lasting relationships in a one-on-one setting a few hours a week
• Spend time on the client’s favorite hobbies and activities
• Aid with everyday tasks such as meal preparation
• Provide personal care as needed
• Ensure client safety and well-being in their home

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years of age
• Passion for providing opportunities to individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities
• Patience, empathy, and dedication

Qualifications

• Experience with medically fragile individuals is a plus but not required
• Comfortable with tending to full hygiene needs

Pay

$20 and up based on experience
