Caregiver - Full Time - PM

Responsibilities

• Aid residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, and continence.
• Respond promptly to residents' needs while maintaining their self-respect, dignity, safety, and confidentiality.
• Report any observed or suspected changes in residents' condition to a supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests, adhering to established safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with colleagues and other departments.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience preferred but not required; training provided to the right candidate.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• A strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families.
• Pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including a physical and TB test.
• Eligible to receive vaccinations and comply with daily screening, surveillance testing, and wearing PPE as required by regulatory guidelines.
