Caregiver - Full Time Overnight

Location: Vancouver, WA | Full‑Time overnight shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and other needs throughout the overnight shift.
• Watch for changes in residents’ conditions and report concerns promptly.
• Respond to resident needs and help maintain a safe, comfortable environment throughout the night.
• Encourage residents to remain as independent as possible while providing the support they need.
• Develop meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members.
• Provide dependable care with patience, respect, and compassion.

Requirements

• Friendly, compassionate, and encouraging attitude.
• Genuine interest in helping older adults live their best lives.
• Willingness to collaborate with and support coworkers.
• Strong listening and clear communication skills, with patience.
• Reliability to work the assigned overnight schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Previous caregiving experience is helpful but not required; training is provided.

Schedule
