What You’ll Do

- Assist residents with daily living activities such as dressing, bathing, and meals. - Monitor residents’ well-being and promptly report changes in condition. - Engage residents in activities that encourage connection, independence, and fun. - Work closely with families and team members to ensure residents receive personalized, compassionate care. - Uphold safety, dignity, and respect in everything you do.

What Makes You a Great Fit

- You have a positive attitude and a genuine passion for working with seniors. - You enjoy building meaningful connections with residents and their families. - You’re a team player who thrives in a collaborative and supportive environment. - You have strong communication skills and approach every situation with patience and empathy. - Previous caregiving experience is a plus — but not required.
