Caregiver Full Time

Responsibilities

• Provide person‑centered care that helps individuals grow, learn, and live well.
• Develop real, meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve.
• Take initiative to help participants engage in community activities and enjoy their favorite pursuits.
• Support participants with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Assist with personal hygiene and provide support for individuals who may have behavioral challenges or other complex needs.

Pay

$15.00 per hour (Pay on Demand).

Schedule

Full‑time evenings and overnights.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication, adaptability, multi‑tasking, teamwork, and time‑management.
• Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible.
• Vehicle: Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
