Caregiver - Full Time (7am-3pm)

Caregiver Responsibilities

Afford residents assistance with daily activities, provide basic medical care, and address emotional and behavioral needs as outlined in their service plans. Collaborate with the LPN or designated staff to develop and refine these plans based on resident feedback and observed effectiveness. Monitor residents' conditions and relay pertinent observations to supervisory personnel. Attend all required training sessions and meetings.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Show proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written
• Maintain necessary certifications per state or provincial regulations
• Comply with applicable health-related standards

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong interpersonal skills and empathy
• Basic first aid and CPR certification preferred
