About the role

Senior Helpers of Spokane provides in-home personal care services to help seniors remain safe and independent in their homes. We seek caregivers who are passionate about helping others and committed to professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Have fun and engaging conversations with clients to build relationships
• Participate in clients' favorite hobbies
• Prep meals for clients to enjoy
• Aid clients with walking, dressing, and other daily activities of living (ADLs)
• Show toileting reminders
• Report activities completed with clients and provide updates on clients' physical condition, mental capacity, and behavior

• Enjoy customer service and communicating with clients
• Desire to help the community and make a difference in others' lives

Requirements

• Ability to pass background checks
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Current car insurance
• HCA & CNA applicants encouraged

Pay

Pay range: $20-$24 per hour, depending on experience, certification, and tenure
