Caregiver FT-Worth

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide support in the Downtown and Southwest Fort Worth area. This role involves assisting clients with daily activities to improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support and care to individuals, including personal hygiene assistance, meal preparation, and medication administration.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and organizing living spaces.
• Specialize in providing care and appropriate support to geriatric patients.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Work with individuals that have various needs, providing support and guidance.

Requirements

• Direct support experience in a caregiving or similar role is preferred.
• Knowledge of resident rights and the ability to advocate for clients' needs.
• Proficient in medication reminders and adherence to prescribed schedules.
• Ability to provide specialized care for individuals with dementia or memory impairments.
• Strong understanding of ADLs and the ability to assist clients accordingly.
• First aid certification is highly desirable.
