Requirements

• Ability to bend, kneel, squat, and assist with transfers safely consistently
• Strong bedside manner and respectful communication
• Dependable and punctual — reliability is crucial
• Compassionate, patient, and attentive
• Valid driver's license
• At least 18 years old

Qualifications

• Experience caring for a family member or having been a full‑time parent or homemaker
• Experience in an assisted living facility, skilled nursing, senior home, or senior center as a caretaker
• Background as a teacher, child‑care worker, or retired individual wanting to give back
• Certifications such as Certified Nursing Assistant, Home Health Aide, or Personal Care Aide (preferred but not required)
