Caregiver Flexible Schedule

About the role

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is now hiring caregivers and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide home care services in Columbia and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, and personal care
• Prepare meals and clean up afterward
• Perform light housekeeping, including laundry, sweeping, and dusting
• Provide companionship and meaningful conversation
• Run errands and assist with daily activities
• Help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Pass a background check and drug screening

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving or nursing preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work varying schedules
