Caregiver - Flexible Schedule

About the Role

This position involves providing non-medical support and companionship to older adults and families, enhancing their daily lives through flexible, part-time visits.

Responsibilities

• Offer transportation to local destinations
• Engage in companionship activities such as conversations, walks, and games
• Assist with light in-home tasks like tidying, laundry, and meal prep
• Accompany clients on errands, grocery shopping, and outings

Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and reliable vehicle (model year 2009 or newer) with auto insurance
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check
• No professional caregiving experience required; a passion for helping others is essential

Pay

Earnings up to $22/hr depending on visit type and location.

Schedule

Flexible scheduling. Papa Pals work as independent contractors, choosing when to accept visits.
