Caregiver Evenings and Weekends

About the role

Right at Home, In-Home Care & Assistance, is seeking to hire in-home caregivers to join a dynamic care team providing one-on-one care. You can make a difference in your career by helping people stay in the comfort of their homes! Full Time and Part Time available. We are on the beautiful campus of Longwood at Oakmont, so 90% of your clients will be on campus.

Responsibilities

• Performs caregiving and personal care activities that assist the patient with activities of daily living, including:
  • Personal hygiene
  • Ambulation/Transfers
  • Dressing/Shaving
  • Prepares meals and snacks according to instructions
  • Accompany patient on errands or medical appointments
  • Performs light housekeeping activities
• Performs patient-specific activities that are taught by a Right at Home caregiver, including:
  • Providing hospice supportive care
  • Medication reminders
  • Assisting with the prescribed range of motion exercise
  • Incontinence care

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and a car is a must
• Only applicants with one to three years of experience need apply

Schedule

• Weekend shifts – daylight or evening

Pay & benefits

• We pay $17.00 and up depending on experience
