Caregiver - Double Weekend (6a-10p)

Caregiver Responsibilities

Aid residents with activities, simple treatments, and address emotional health and/or problem behavioral issues as outlined in service plans.

Contribute to the development and revision of service plans by sharing current resident needs and preferences with supervisors, and reporting successful service approaches.

Monitor and report resident problems to an LPN (if on duty), or a Medication Tech/Aid.

Participate in onboarding, annual, and in-service training sessions and team member meetings as requested.

Perform other duties as directed by the Wellness Director.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.

Show proficiency in effective communication in English, both verbally and in writing.

Maintain any necessary certifications as per state or provincial regulations.

Meet state or provincial health-related requirements.
