Job Responsibilities

  • Aid in implementing health and safety procedures.
  • Support people supported in development.
  • Facilitate person supported community life.
  • Provide support to team members and supervisors.
  • Implement person-centered plans and outcomes.
  • Assist with medical requests.
  • Collect and report data.

Position Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Valid drivers' license.
  • High School Diploma.
  • Regularly lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
  • Must be able to pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to squat, kneel, crawl, crouch, climb, and stoop.
  • Must be able to regularly use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
  • Must be able to stand and walk.
  • Must demonstrate proficiency in CPR from the floor level.
  • Must have regular close, distance, and peripheral vision.
