Job Responsibilities
- Aid in implementing health and safety procedures.
- Support people supported in development.
- Facilitate person supported community life.
- Provide support to team members and supervisors.
- Implement person-centered plans and outcomes.
- Assist with medical requests.
- Collect and report data.
Position Requirements
- At least 18 years of age.
- Valid drivers' license.
- High School Diploma.
- Regularly lift up to 30 lbs.
- Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
- Must be able to pull up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to squat, kneel, crawl, crouch, climb, and stoop.
- Must be able to regularly use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
- Must be able to stand and walk.
- Must demonstrate proficiency in CPR from the floor level.
- Must have regular close, distance, and peripheral vision.
