Caregiver / Direct Support Professional / DSP / ICF / Cleveland NC

About the role

We are hiring for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in ICF Homes in Cleveland, Salisbury, and Mocksville areas. The positions are regular and offer a $1,000 sign-on bonus for full-time positions.

Responsibilities

• Aid in implementing health and safety procedures
• Support people supported development
• Facilitate person-supported community life
• Provide support to team members and supervisors
• Implement person-centered plans and outcomes
• Assist with medical requests
• Collect and report data

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Valid drivers' license
• High School Diploma or GED
• Physical requirements to perform essential functions including lifting up to 70 lbs

Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment screening including criminal background check, drug test, and education verification
• Must have proof of employment history or references if required
• May require driving and must have valid driver's license, insurance, and vehicle
