Caregiver Days Nights Full Time Part Time Immediate Openings

Alliance Senior Care is a family-owned and operated agency where we treat our employees like family. We provide one-on-one care for seniors, ensuring you never have to care for 10-15 clients per shift.

About the role

We are looking for experienced Caregivers to join our team and make a difference in the lives of seniors. All care is 1-1 care, with immediate needs for day and overnight shifts. Overnight shifts require staying until 8 AM. Opportunities are available in Bloomfield Hills, Royal Oak, Troy, West Bloomfield, and Farmington Hills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene needs and dressing
• Assist with mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises
• Prepare meals and snacks
• Light housekeeping activities
• Medication reminders
• Provide companionship
• Assist with errands and shopping

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or similar role is preferred (minimum of 1 year of caregiving experience)
• Experience working in Home Care, Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, or Group Home is preferred
• Knowledge of basic housekeeping tasks and cooking skills
• Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, respectful, and ethical

Schedule

• 4, 6, 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts available
• Day and night shifts, including overnight shifts (must be able to stay until 8 AM)
