Caregiver Requirements
- A positive, compassionate attitude and excellent communication skills
- At least 6 months of caregiving experience
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance - or - reliable transportation
- Able to pass background checks
- Two professional references related to caregiving or work history
Pay & Schedule
- Pay: $15-$17 per hour (based on experience and case complexity)
- Shifts: Days & evenings, 4-hour shifts (Monday-Sunday availability)
