Responsibilities

• Assist residents with cleaning, bathing, dressing, eating, personal care, and hygiene
• Communicate with other healthcare staff and department personnel; relay information concerning residents’ conditions
• Maintain written records and documentation as required
• Maintain communication with residents, their families, and support personnel to ensure residents’ needs are continually met

Requirements

• Compassionate, patient, and kind with a heart for working with senior adults
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
