Caregiver/CNA - Part Time Night Shift

About the role

Touchmark on West Prospect is Appleton’s leading full-service senior living community, dedicated to enriching the lives of residents through exceptional care, hospitality, and service. We are currently seeking compassionate and dependable Caregivers / CNAs to join our Assisted Living and Memory Care team on the overnight shift.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including hygiene, dressing, and mobility
• Respond promptly to emergency pendants and overnight resident needs
• Complete resident safety rounds and monitor resident well-being
• Absorb and communicate changes in resident condition to the care team
• Document care and services provided according to care plans

Requirements

• CNA certification preferred or required per state regulations
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience working with older adults or in a healthcare setting preferred

• Compassion, patience, professionalism, and reliability
• Ability to work independently while remaining team-oriented
• Strong communication and resident care skills
