About the role

Visiting Angels is looking for compassionate and dependable Caregivers to join their team. The role involves providing companionship and support to seniors in their homes, including tasks like bathing, grooming, toileting, feeding, light housekeeping, medication reminders, running errands, and accompanying clients to appointments.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and conversation
• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting, feeding)
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Medication reminders
• Run errands and grocery shopping
• Provide transportation and accompany clients to appointments

Requirements

• Compassionate, dependable, and professional
• Experience caring for seniors or disabled adults preferred
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and active car insurance required
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Comfortable using a smartphone for clock-in and documentation
• CNA/LNA certification and dementia experience are a plus
