Shift Detail

• Hourly cases range from 4-12 hours per shift.
• Shifts can occur during any time of day, evening, or night.

• Skilled in providing basic personal care functions.
• Demonstrated ability to think critically without direct supervision and the ability to escalate when necessary.
• Understanding and empathetic attitude toward clients and families.
• Able to adjust to varying home situations.
• Good housekeeping and home management skills, including meal and snack preparation according to care plan.
• Ability to use computer software programs and smartphones for required education, scheduling, and care plan documentation.
• Positive and professional demeanor representing the company.
• Effective communication skills and a helpful attitude.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with clients and office staff.
• Current and valid Driver’s License in good standing along with reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance.
