Shift Detail

• Hourly cases range from 4-12 hours per shift.
• Shifts can occur during any time of day, evening, or night.

• Self-directed and shows initiative with client care.
• Skilled in providing basic personal care functions.
• Demonstrated ability to think critically without direct supervision and the ability to escalate when necessary.
• Understanding and empathetic attitude toward clients and families.
• Able to adjust to varying home situations.
• Good housekeeping and home management skills, including meal and snack preparation according to care plan.
• Ability to communicate effectively and maintain a helpful attitude.
• Ability to use computer software programs and smart phones for required education, scheduling, and care plan documentation.
• Represent the company in a positive and professional manner through high-level customer service.
• Must have a current and valid Driver’s License in good standing along with reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance.
