Caregiver - CNA/HHA/PCA (Middletown)

Shift Detail

• Hourly cases range from 4-12 hours per shift.
• Shifts can occur during any time of the day, evening, or night.

• Skilled in providing basic personal care functions.
• Demonstrated ability to think critically without direct supervision and the ability to escalate when necessary.
• Understanding and empathetic attitude toward clients and families.
• Able to adjust to varying home situations.
• Good housekeeping and home management skills, including meal and snack preparation according to care plan.
• Able to follow a specialized diet plan as identified on the care plan.
• Good communication skills and a helpful attitude.
• Able to use computer software programs and smartphones for required education, scheduling, and care plan documentation.
• Represent the company in a positive and professional manner through high-level customer service.
• Able to establish and maintain effective relationships with clients and office staff.
• Must have a current and valid Driver’s License in good standing along with reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance.

Qualifications

• Two years of continuous work experience.
• One year of previous patient care experience; specific experience as designated by work area may be required.
• New Grad CNA's are welcome.
