About the role
We’re hiring compassionate caregivers to join our growing team in Sullivan and the surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care services to clients in their homes
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating
- Monitor and record client health status and progress
- Ensure safety and security of clients
- Communicate regularly with clients’ families and healthcare providers
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Current CPR certification
- Experience in caregiving or related field preferred
Qualifications
- Pass a background check
- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of basic first aid and emergency response
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
