About the role
Seeking compassionate Care Partners (CNA/HCA) to provide personalized, direct care to residents in a senior living community.
Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transferring.
- Ensure safety, privacy, and dignity.
- Promote independence, emotional support, and engagement through life enrichment activities.
- Perform light housekeeping duties.
- Facilitate open communication among residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid state CNA or HCA license.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification or ability to obtain.
- Minimum of 12 months of caregiving experience; memory care experience is a plus.
Skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Empathy, patience, positive attitude, and integrity.
- Attention to detail and physical stamina.
- Willingness to participate in weekend rotations.
