About the role
Supports healthcare services in a temporary capacity to ensure continuity of care during staffing shortages.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under supervision.
- Administer medications and treatments as directed.
- Document patient interactions and medical observations accurately.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss patient care plans.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Basic first aid certification.
Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare or related field preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills
- Proficient in using medical software.
- Knowledgeable about basic medical terminology.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift patients as needed.
