About the role
Caregivers / CNAs are special in that they bring a heartfelt commitment to ensuring that our clients and their families receive the comfort, understanding, and care that they deserve. We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Caregiver / CNA who is dedicated to leading with empathy, excellence, and a deep respect for our client’s dignity.

Responsibilities
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, and companionship
- Support mobility and safety, including ambulation assistance, transfers, and activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Provide medication reminders, observe and document health conditions, and promptly report any concerns
- Create meaningful moments by engaging clients in activities they enjoy—like reading, puzzles, and hobbies tailored to their interests
Requirements
- Minimum 3 months of caregiving experience (personal or professional) in a home care setting
- Commitment to a minimum of 20 hours per week
- CNA certification preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and patient approach
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable transportation and insurance
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
Benefits
- Competitive Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 / hour based on experience and licensing
- Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
- Same Day Pay: Available with Tapcheck and/or weekly pay via direct deposit
