Caregiver / CNA

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Caregiver / CNA who is dedicated to leading with empathy, excellence, and a deep respect for our client’s dignity.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, and companionship
• Support mobility and safety, including ambulation assistance, transfers, and activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Provide medication reminders, observe and document health conditions, and promptly report any concerns
• Create meaningful moments by engaging clients in activities they enjoy—like reading, puzzles, and hobbies tailored to their interests

Requirements

• Minimum 3 months of caregiving experience (personal or professional) in a home care setting
• Commitment to a minimum of 20 hours per week
• CNA certification preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and patient approach
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively
• Reliable transportation and insurance

Pay

• $15.00 - $16.00 / hour based on experience and licensing
