Responsibilities
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, and companionship
- Support mobility and safety, including ambulation assistance, transfers, and activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Provide medication reminders, observe and document health conditions, and promptly report any concerns
- Create meaningful moments by engaging clients in activities they enjoy—like reading, puzzles, and hobb
