Caregiver / CNA

About the role

HomeWell Care Services is hiring compassionate In-Home Caregivers, Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide one-on-one personalized care to seniors in Lake Orion. Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Build meaningful relationships through conversation, emotional support, and engaging social activities.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and maintaining a clean, safe environment.
• Observe, document, and report any changes in client health or status to the office care team.

Qualifications

• CNA certificate, HHA certificate, or 1+ year of personal caregiving experience preferred (0–1 year accepted for motivated candidates).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and current auto insurance.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are a plus.
• Willingness to pass required background checks.

Pay

Compensation: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour (also listed as $16.00 – $19.00 / hour)

Schedule

Part-time position with flexible scheduling.
