About The Role
HomeWell Care Services is hiring compassionate In-Home Caregivers, Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide one-on-one personalized care to seniors in Lake Orion. Responsibilities
- Personal Care: Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Companionship: Build meaningful relationships through conversation, emotional support, and engaging social activities.
- Homemaking: Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and maintaining a clean, safe environment.
- Care Coordination: Observe, document, and report any changes in client health or status to the office care team.
Requirements
- CNA certificate, HHA certificate, or 1+ year of personal caregiving experience preferred (0–1 year accepted for motivated candidates).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and current auto insurance.
- CPR and First Aid certifications are a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate, reliable demeanor.
- Willingness to pass required background checks.
