Key Responsibilities Personal Care: Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.Companionship: Build meaningful relationships through conversation, emotional support, and engaging social activities.Homemaking: Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and maintaining a clean, safe environment.Care Coordination: Observe, document, and report any changes in client health or status to the office care team. Qualifications & Requirements CNA certificate, HHA certificate, or 1+ year of personal caregiving experience preferred (0–1 year accepted for motivated candidates).High school diploma or equivalent.Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and current auto insurance.CPR and First Aid certifications are a plus.Strong communication skills and a compassionate, reliable demeanor.Willingness to pass required background checks.
