Caregiver/CNA

Description of the role

Village Caregiving in Columbia, MO is seeking compassionate Caregivers/CNAs to join our team. As a Caregiver/CNA, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in need, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Aid clients with mobility and medication reminders
• Document care provided and report any changes in client condition

Requirements

• Valid CNA certification or relevant caregiving experience
• Caregiver must have a compassionate and patient nature
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Pass background check and drug screening required
