Caregiver / CNA

About the role

Responsible for providing high-quality care to residents in a residential setting. Duties include assisting with daily activities, medication administration, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal hygiene and grooming
• Monitor residents' health and report any changes to the healthcare team
• Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare providers
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of living areas
• Participate in regular training sessions to enhance caregiving skills

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Previous caregiving experience preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR
