About the role

Touchmark on West Century is Bismarck/Mandan’s leading full-service retirement community, enriching the lives of residents and their families through five-star hospitality, services and amenities. We are currently seeking compassionate people to join our talented Health Services Team.

Responsibilities

• Reliance on experience and knowledge of medication administration procedures to ensure residents receive the highest level of dignity and care.
• Distinguish yourself by being a positive presence in the lives of residents and their family members.
• Provide assistance and emotional support to residents using the Best Friend’s Approach to dementia care.
• Maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• A license as a Certified Medication Aide in this state.
• A willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification.
• A genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment.
• A willingness to continue learning and improving skills, as well as a commitment to confidentiality.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• A license as a Certified Medication Aide in this state.
• A willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification.

Skills

• Experience with medication administration procedures.
• Positive communication and emotional support skills.
• Confidence and composure in handling various situations.
• Ability to learn and improve skills continuously.

Pay

• $2,000 SIGN-ON BONUS for Full-Time.
• $1,000 SIGN-ON BONUS for Part-Time.
• $3,500 SIGN-ON BONUS for Overnights.
• $1/hr shift premium for overnight shifts.

• 2:00pm-10:30pm
• 4:00pm-10:30pm
