We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Caregiver / CNA who is looking for a long-term opportunity with consistent hours. Responsibilities
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, and companionship
- Support mobility and safety, including ambulation assistance, transfers, and activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Provide medication reminders, observe and document health conditions, and promptly report any concerns
- Create meaningful moments by engaging clients in activities they enjoy—like reading, puzzles, and hobbies tailored to their interests
Requirements
- Minimum 3 months of caregiving experience (personal or professional) in a home care setting
- Commitment to a minimum of 3, 12 hour shifts per week
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance - must be able to transport clients
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and patient approach
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
Qualifications
- CNA certification preferred, but not required
Pay & Schedule
- Full Time Caregiver Position: 12 Hour Shifts (8AM - 8PM), 7 Days a Week Available (2-3 days minimum)
- Long term case with reliable scheduling
- Competitive Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour based on experience and licensing
- Same Day Pay: Available with Tapcheck and/or weekly pay via direct deposit
- 1:1 caregiver-to-client ratio, allowing for meaningful connections with those you care for
- Paid travel time between clients and cell phone reimbursement
