Caregiver/CHHA/CNA: Immediate Openings-Overnight Cases

About the Role

Griswold Home Care, a leading provider of in-home care services, has immediate openings for Caregivers, CHHAs, and CNAs in Camden County, New Jersey. This is a part-time, hourly position in the healthcare/medical field, offering the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others and gain hands-on experience in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Assist with mobility and transfers
• Monitor clients' care and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate parties
• Help prepare meals and assist with feeding, if necessary
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients
• Engage clients in meaningful activities and provide companionship
• Maintain documentation and communicate regularly with the care team
• Adhere to all policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations, related to caregiving and client care

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in caregiving or a related role preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation (must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle)
• Willingness to undergo a background check
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed

Pay

$18.25 to $25.25 per hour
