Caregiver - CBRF

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable PM Caregiver to provide quality care and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will assist clients with their evening routines, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being throughout the night.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve evening meals and snacks as needed.
• Administer medications according to prescribed schedules and document accordingly.
• Assist with mobility and transfers to prevent falls and injuries.
• Provide companionship and emotional support during evening hours.
• Monitor clients’ health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals or family members.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks related to client care.
• Document care provided and communicate effectively with team members.

Requirements

• Previous caregiving or healthcare experience preferred.
• Ability to work evening shifts, typically starting in the late afternoon or early evening.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions accurately.
• Basic knowledge of medication administration is a plus.
• Must be able to pass background checks and any required screenings.

Schedule

This position primarily covers evening hours (2PM - 10PM shifts), with flexibility depending on client needs.

Pay

$18.00/hour starting pay with all CBRF certifications.
