About the role
Provide high-quality care to seniors in their homes, focusing on companionship, safety, and health needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily personal care services including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and report on the health and wellbeing of residents
- Ensure the cleanliness and safety of living spaces
- Engage in social activities to promote mental health
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- First aid/cpr certification
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Pass a background check
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in gerontology or related field preferred
- Experience in caregiving or related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
