About the Role
Senior Helpers caregivers provide one-on-one personal care to help clients remain safe and independent in their homes. The role involves building relationships, participating in clients' hobbies, preparing meals, assisting with daily activities, and reporting progress.
Responsibilities
- Have fun and engaging conversations with clients to build relationships
- Participate in clients' favorite hobbies (reading, gardening, games, etc.)
- Prep meals for clients to enjoy
- Aid clients with walking, dressing, and other daily activities of living
- Report completed activities and provide updates on clients' physical condition, mental capacity, and behavior
Qualifications
- You are passionate about helping others
- You enjoy customer service and communicating with clients
