Caregiver - Carnation

We require a valid WA State CNA or HCA license, a valid WA driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance in your name. We service clients in Woodinville, Bothell, Redmond, Kirkland, Bellevue, Issaquah, Snoqualmie, and nearby surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including household chores such as cleaning, laundry, and dishes.
• Prepare, serve, and clean up meals.
• Help clients bathe, dress, and groom.
• Provide companionship through daily activities and hobbies.
• Transport clients to errands or appointments using your own vehicle.
• Assist with gait‑belt or Hoyer lifts and other transfers.
• Monitor and report on clients’ condition.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Pass a state and national background check.
• Valid WA State CNA or HCA license, up‑to‑date on CE credits.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to lift 50 lb.
• Experience beyond companionship care; able to work with different care levels (e.g., hospice, memory care, Hoyer lift, nurse delegation).
• Willingness to transport clients in your vehicle.
• Comfortable working short shifts and visiting multiple client homes in a day.
• Smartphone capable of downloading and using the AxisCare app.

Pay

Pay rate: $25.00–$25.50 per hour, depending on the client’s care level, with additional shift‑differential rates.

Schedule

Shifts and needs are ever‑changing. Current client shift coverage is Monday‑Sunday, 8 am–12 pm. Example shift times (not exhaustive) include:

• 6 a.m.–10 a.m.
• 8 a.m.–12 p.m.
• 10 a.m.–12 p.m.
• 12 p.m.–2 p.m.
• 2 p.m.–4 p.m.
• Short 2–4‑hour shifts
• Stacked shifts
