Pay & Benefits

• $18.00–$21.50/hr based on experience, location, and certifications

What You'll Do

• Provide companionship, conversation, and social engagement
• Aid with personal care including grooming and hygiene
• Support with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
• Administer medication reminders and monitoring
• Deliver specialty care for clients with dementia or Parkinson's disease
• Accompany clients on walks, outings, and errands
• Supervise client safety and fall prevention

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance
• Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs unassisted
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Pass a state Live Scan background check and TB test
• Read, write, speak, and understand English
• Register as a Home Care Aide (HCA) with the California Department of Social Services — we guide you through every step at no cost to you
