Caregiver - Bellevue

About the Role

Our award‑winning caregiving team in the Woodinville branch is seeking experienced caregivers. You must hold a valid WA State CNA or HCA license, a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance in your name. You will serve clients in Woodinville, Bothell, Redmond, Kirkland, Bellevue, Issaquah, Snoqualmie, and surrounding areas.

Pay

Hourly rate $25.00 – $25.50, depending on the client’s care level, with additional shift‑differential rates.

Schedule

Shifts and needs are ever‑changing. Open to short 2–4‑hour shifts, stacked shifts, and 24‑hour care. Example shift windows include (but are not limited to):

• 6 a.m.–10 a.m.
• 8 a.m.–12 p.m.
• 10 a.m.–12 p.m.
• 12 p.m.–2 p.m.
• 2 p.m.–4 p.m.
• Open availability for 24‑hour care (e.g., Bellevue)

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication reminders.
• Perform household chores such as cleaning, laundry, and dishes.
• Prepare, serve, and clean up meals.
• Provide companionship through daily activities and hobbies.
• Transport clients to errands or appointments using your vehicle.
• Assist with gait‑belt or Hoyer lifts and other transfers.
• Monitor and report on clients’ condition.
• Utilize the AxisCare app on a smartphone for scheduling and documentation.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Pass a state and national background check.
• Valid WA State CNA or HCA license, current CE credits.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to lift 50 lb.
• Experience with hospice care, memory care, Hoyer lifts, or nurse delegation is preferred.
• Smartphone capable of downloading and using the AxisCare app.
